英雄聯盟世界賽》LCK神話終結 LOL世界賽邁向新紀元
[新頭殼newtalk] 今年最搶眼的《英雄聯盟》戰隊非中國隊伍RNG莫屬，除在LPL連奪春夏冠軍外，更橫掃MSI季中賽、亞運（幾乎為RNG班底）冠軍，只差S8世界冠軍就能為這部劇本寫下最終章，外界紛紛稱「今年是LPL最有希望的一年」，的確過往霸主韓國LCK接續沉沒，只是令大家想不到的是，RNG也中箭落馬，真正的解答是：今年不只是LPL最有希望的一年，同時也是歐美隊伍最有希望的一年。
還記得上一次世界大賽四強賽沒有韓國隊伍的年份嗎？答案是S1世界大賽，2011年作為Riot Games推展電競版圖的初試啼聲，第一屆世界賽仍是小規模賽事，八支隊伍中並沒有韓國隊伍參賽；直到隔年的S2才是台灣玩家印象最深刻的一年，畢竟TPA台北暗殺星驚天拿下世界冠軍，而該年亞軍Azubu Frost儘管以1-3負於TPA，但已經看見韓國戰隊逐漸崛起。
Uzi的世界冠軍之夢還得再等等。
這樣的結果對於S8就在韓國主場舉行來說，無疑是令地主韓國粉絲非常失望的一年，但相對地，歐美賽區靠著靈活的選禁角與多變套路，加上近年十分擅長打前中期攻勢的中國LPL賽區，終於讓全球LOL玩家能看見除了LCK穩扎穩打營運戰術以外的活潑比賽內容，韓國神話破滅，取而代之的是百花齊放的中、歐、美一爭高下，也讓今年世界冠軍獎落誰家，完全難以預測。

3月物價水準走低 專家：衛生紙影響
【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】「受衛生紙搶購潮事件影響，3月消費者物價水準信心明顯走低。」中央大學台灣經濟發展研究中心27日公佈3月消費者信心指數（CCI），6項指標中唯一下降的指標為「國內物價水準」，中央大學台經中心研究員吳大任認為與衛生紙搶購潮有關，「衛生紙是必要民生用品，民眾感受最深，雖真正影響物價幅度不大，但民眾對物價信心卻影響頗大。」
中央大學台灣經濟發展研究中心27日公佈3月消費者信心指數（CCI），總數為87.86點，與2月份相比上升了0.48點，創32個月來新高。中央大學台經中心表示，此次調查中，包括投資股票時機、國內經濟景氣、家庭經濟狀況、耐久性財貨時機及就業機會等5項指標上升，唯一下降指標為國內物價水準。
上升幅度第一的指標為未來半年投資股票時機，調查結果為106.20點，上升了5.30點，也是連續5個月維持呈現樂觀，中央大學台經中心研究員吳大任分析，主因是調查期間是在中美貿易戰議題之前，所以投資股票時機信心仍強。
唯一下降指標是「未來半年國內物價水準」，本月調查結果為48.50點，較上個月下降4.85點，吳大任認為與春節後發生的「衛生紙搶購潮」有關。他表示，衛生紙算是最終財，較不會受上下游其他商品價格的影響，對物價影響不大，但因衛生紙是必要的民生用品，「雖真正影響物價幅度不大，但影響民眾對物價信心頗大。」
「就業機會指標微幅上升，主要是因為總體經濟情勢相對於去年為谷底，但反彈力道相當弱。」中央大學產業經濟研究所教授單驥則表示，失業率是落後指標，要等總體經濟情況明朗的時候，才會明顯呈現出來，且過年前後為轉換工作活躍的時機，顯示工作轉職期還算順利。
107年3月份消費者信心指數調查是由中央大學台經中心主辦，於19日至22日以電話訪問的方式進行，採電腦隨機抽樣，共訪問2672位台灣地區20歲以上的民眾，在95%的信心水準下抽樣誤差為正負2.0個百分點。
