The infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size including Flex Base by Britax Römer offers plenty of space to grow and provides a flat recline position. The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.

 安倍本周訪華 日中關系進一步正常化

（德國之聲中文網）日本政府一名官員周一（10月22日）向美聯社匿名表示，安倍為期三天的訪問將於周四開始。此行將標志著向雙邊關系正常化邁進的又一步。2012年，中日兩國曾因東海無人居住島嶼的所屬權发生爭執。中國是日本最大的貿易伙伴。特別在美中貿易爭議的背景下，日中關系更為重要。

特朗普政府今年對鋼鋁制品的關稅也涉及日本。特朗普也威脅對日本汽車及零配件征收關稅。

日本的增長依賴於出口，泛太平洋貿易有任何風吹草動，都將影響日本。這名官員稱，美國對中國產品的關稅也波及日本企業的供應鏈及其它經濟考慮。他說：'我們不希望看到美中貿易摩擦損害國際體系。'

周一在中國外交部例行記者會上，有記者問及'是否是美國因素拉近了中日關系？"发言人華春瑩表示："並不是所有國家之間開展交往、发展關系都只是因為美國因素。中日互為重要鄰國，保持交往和各領域友好合作符合雙方共同利益，也是雙方的共同願望。'
