80年代紅極一時的電視劇《天才老爹》主角比爾寇斯比（Bill Cosby），被控對多名女性性侵害，出面指控的被害女性多達62位，其中一位45歲的被害人指控寇斯比在2004年對她下藥性侵，該案昨（26）日開庭，寇斯比被指控的3項罪名全部成立，已經高齡80歲的他餘生可能將在牢裡度過。
據外媒報導，這名45歲受害人康絲登（Andrea Constand）指控寇斯比當年下藥迷昏她，並對她性侵得逞。康絲登控告寇斯比的3項罪名屬於「加重強制性交罪」，每項罪名的刑度最重可判至10年，當陪審團宣布最終結果時，寇斯比始終低著頭，似乎已有心理準備，最後法官裁定寇斯比以100萬美元（約台幣3千萬元）交保，暫時還他自由身，待下次開庭時將正式宣判刑期。
